Buying view: Stamped is a commerce-native platform built around reviews and connected retention products rather than a generic survey system. Its current website planner publishes order-volume rules for Repeat, Loyalty, Reviews, and eligible bundles. Confirm taxes, additional-domain fees, negotiated tiers, and separate Shopify App Store plans before purchase, and manage collection permissions, incentive rules, and display moderation according to store policy.
Capabilities
Stamped helps ecommerce teams handle three kinds of post-purchase work: collect reviews for other shoppers to read, run points and rewards for existing customers, and arrange timely messages about the next purchase. Reviews, Loyalty, and Repeat handle these jobs respectively. The products can be used individually or together, with the relevant rules and connections configured.
Primary workflow
From a purchase to the next customer interaction
The practical advantage
The platform's practical strength is using purchase history, reviews, and reward information in follow-up work. For example, a replenishment message can show a relevant product and an available reward, giving the customer both a purchase option and a reason to consider it.
How the workflows fit together
Reviews provides customer feedback, Loyalty manages incentives, and Repeat arranges timely follow-up. Each enabled route runs when its own conditions apply. Reviews and rewards can support follow-up, but customers do not have to pass through all three products in a fixed order.
Three independently enabled post-purchase workflows: collect and display reviews, offer loyalty rewards, or arrange follow-up through a connected messaging platform. Outputs remain separate; a purchase is not guaranteed.
The operator first configures invitation timing, rewards, display rules, and messaging connections
Enabled routes can run independently and concurrently
How the team uses each product
Reviews: turn purchase experiences into visible feedback
Reviews helps when product pages lack buyer feedback or the team has to request reviews one customer at a time. The operator sets invitation timing, collection fields, moderation rules, and display locations. After an eligible order or delivery, Reviews sends an invitation for the customer to submit a rating, text, photos, or video.
Content that meets the publication rules appears in the configured storefront widgets. The team can reply to reviews and examine recurring product or service issues. The output is feedback that other shoppers can consult, alongside information the team can act on; moderation does not mean publishing only positive reviews.
Loyalty: give customers reasons to return and refer friends
Loyalty helps a store give existing customers ongoing reasons to return. The operator defines which activities earn points and what those points can buy. Customers earn points through eligible purchases or interactions, then can redeem them for discounts, products, or other configured rewards.
VIP tiers give customers specific benefits once they meet the configured spending or points thresholds. Referral programs reward existing customers and their friends when the referral conditions are met. The team reviews reward redemptions, referral purchases, and retention to adjust the program.
Repeat: use purchase history to time the next message
Repeat helps when customers have bought once but the team does not know when to contact them again. The operator enables replenishment, complementary-product, or reactivation flows and connects a supported messaging platform, such as Klaviyo or Attentive. Repeat uses purchase history and behavior to identify a suitable moment; the connected platform sends the follow-up message.
The message can lead to Repeat Cart, a personalized cart with products prepared using the customer's purchase history. The customer decides whether to buy again or subscribe where supported. The operator checks campaign performance and adjusts the content and product mappings; a sent message is not a completed sale.
Illustrative example: a skincare store
After a customer buys a moisturizer, Reviews can request feedback at the configured time. Loyalty can award points for purchases or reviews under the store's earning rules. When Repeat identifies a replenishment opportunity, a configured message can show the relevant product and an available reward, with a link to a personalized cart. This is an illustrative use of documented features; the products, rules, and connections the store enables determine which steps run.
Commercial plans
Estimated from published pricing rules
Stamped product bundle pricing planner
These amounts do not come from a visible static price table. Stamped's public pricing page embeds each product's amounts in data-pricing attributes; its public main.min.js selects a value based on monthly order volume and applies the bundle rule. Checked September 11, 2026.
Choose monthly order volume
Stamped uses this shared tier to set product availability and published monthly prices.
Choose the products you need
One selection uses its standalone price. Two or three selections automatically switch the summary to Stamped's published 20%-off bundle.
Price source: the official page does not list every tier in one static table. Each product's public data-pricing data stores the order-tier amounts; the page script reveals the matching price and applies the 20% bundle rule.
USD monthly prices before tax. Repeat and Loyalty have no public price at 200 or 1,000 orders; 20,000 or more orders move to a custom quote. The total excludes the $100/month fee for each additional domain, sales tax, and separate Shopify App Store self-serve plans. Check Stamped's current pricing page.
The website calculator is one commercial path. Shopify App Store plans for smaller brands remain a separate purchase surface; taxes, additional domains, and negotiated prices are not added to this total.

Frequently asked questions
Is Stamped.io the same as Stamped?
Stamped.io refers to Stamped, the ecommerce software provider behind Reviews, Loyalty and Repeat. Its current product website is website.stamped.io. These products help stores collect customer feedback, run rewards programs and arrange follow-up after a purchase.
How is Stamped priced?
The website pricing calculator uses monthly order volume and the products selected. Reviews is $23 at 200 orders, $99 at 1,000, and $199 at 5,000; Repeat and Loyalty first show public prices at 5,000 orders: $499 and $299, respectively. Selecting two or more products gives you 20% off, and the final amount is rounded to a whole dollar, so all three total $798 at 5,000 orders. At 20,000 orders or more, Stamped asks you to contact sales. Shopify App Store self-serve plans are a separate purchase path.
How does Stamped work for a Shopify store?
The team connects the store and configures the products it needs. Stamped Reviews requests and displays product ratings, text, photos and videos; Loyalty manages points, rewards and referrals; Repeat uses purchase history to arrange follow-up through connected email and SMS platforms. The operator sets the relevant timing, display locations and program rules.
Do Reviews, Loyalty and Repeat have to be purchased together?
The products can be selected individually or combined. Reviews serves review collection and display, Loyalty adds points and rewards, and Repeat supports timely follow-up based on purchase history. Each enabled product follows its own configuration, so the workflows do not require a fixed sequence. The pricing calculator shows the available choices for the selected monthly order volume.
How does Stamped Reviews work with Klaviyo?
The integration lets a team send Stamped review requests and follow-up messages through Klaviyo email and SMS flows. It is available on paid Stamped Reviews plans. Klaviyo does not provide Stamped’s embedded review form inside the email; to keep that form, the team can send the initial request from Stamped and use Klaviyo for follow-up.
Can existing product reviews be imported into Stamped?
Stamped supports importing existing reviews through a CSV file prepared with its template. The team fills the required fields, checks dates and product identifiers, and uploads the file through the review importer in the dashboard. Correct product matching matters: an incorrect identifier can attach a review to the wrong product or leave it unassigned.
Where can merchants read reviews of Stamped itself?
The merchant feedback on this page comes from the Stamped Reviews & Loyalty listing in the Shopify App Store. It describes merchants’ experience with that app, including its operation and support. These app reviews are distinct from the product reviews that shoppers submit to a store, and they do not cover every Stamped product.
What should you check most carefully about Stamped?
The calculator is reconstructed from captured public pricing rules; confirm current plan limits, taxes, extra-domain fees, and sales-assisted prices before purchase. Manage collection permissions, incentive rules, and display moderation according to store policy.
