Loox collects reviews through configured requests and review-submission entry points, with photos or video when supplied by the customer. The merchant inspects incoming reviews and manages their publication status. Published reviews can appear in the store’s enabled Loox widgets; pending reviews follow the documented publication timer if left untouched.
Untouched pending reviews publish after 14 days. Unpublishing should follow the platform’s valid reasons, not be used to suppress criticism merely because it is negative. Review widgets and collection channels need configuration; receiving a review does not by itself enable every display widget.
With a Loox referral offer configured, an advocate shares a unique discount link. A friend uses it to place an eligible order. If advocate rewards are enabled, the reward is earned after the friend’s order is marked Fulfilled, subject to the configured reward limit; the advocate can use the balance on a later purchase.
The optional post-review widget is one entry point for eligible 4- or 5-star reviewers, not the only way to join. Sharing or clicking a link does not earn the reward. Reaching the reward limit stops additional rewards but leaves the link active, and friend-only offers do not promise an advocate reward.
