Using the service

These Terms apply when you browse or use EcomAgentTools. Signed-in features require a Google account with a verified email address. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for keeping access to that Google account secure.

EcomAgentTools is a discovery, review, and comparison service for ecommerce AI Tools, Skills, Prompts, and related editorial content. It is not the developer, reseller, employer, or support desk for products listed in the directory unless a page expressly says otherwise.

Directory information is not a guarantee

Listings, scores, prices, platform support, compatibility, source links, installation instructions, and comparisons are provided for research and selection. Third-party products can change after our latest review, and a Verified label only describes the checks stated in the Editorial and verification policy.

Evaluate current vendor terms, security, data access, pricing, and operational fit before installing or buying a product. An editorial or community score is not a warranty, certification, investment recommendation, or promise of a specific business result.

Accounts, profiles, and public identity

Your email remains private, but profile fields you choose to publish may be visible with your comments, reviews, articles, collections, or resource contributions. Do not impersonate another person, company, author, maintainer, or reviewer.

We may restrict or suspend an account when needed to investigate abuse, protect users, enforce these Terms, or preserve the review process. Account deletion follows the retention and anonymization rules described in the Privacy Policy.

Submissions, reviews, and permissions

Registered users may submit Tools and Skills, write blog drafts, rate and comment on resources, create collections, report problems, and request management rights. Prompt records are currently created and maintained through the EcomAgentTools editorial workflow rather than ordinary user submissions.

You remain responsible for the accuracy, legality, permissions, and source attribution of material you provide. You grant EcomAgentTools a non-exclusive, worldwide permission to store, reproduce, review, format, translate, publish, display, and distribute that material as needed to operate and promote the service. You keep any rights you already hold.

Automated analysis and translation

When you submit a URL, EcomAgentTools may fetch public pages and use automated systems to classify the resource, extract public facts, prepare draft text, translate content, and retrieve suitable public images. Automated output can be incomplete or wrong and may be reviewed, edited, rejected, or regenerated.

Do not submit private links, access tokens, passwords, confidential documents, customer data, or material you are not allowed to process. A successful analysis or saved draft does not mean the resource has passed editorial review.

Review, publication, and management rights

We may request changes, reject, approve, publish, unpublish, archive, restore, merge, or remove content. Drafts are not part of the public review queue. A pending submission is locked against editing and deletion until the contributor withdraws it or the review state changes.

Submitting a resource does not make the contributor its official owner, author, developer, or maintainer. Management rights require a separate claim and approval. Reports and claims start a review but do not guarantee a particular decision.

Content and acceptable use

Do not submit malware, unlawful material, copied paid content, secrets, personal customer records, deceptive links, undisclosed promotional reviews, or content that infringes another person’s rights. Raw HTML, embedded scripts, tracking code, and hidden links are not allowed. Most fields are plain text; only supported editors and designated URL fields may create links or formatting.

Do not manipulate views, installs, copies, favorites, ratings, comments, or rankings; bypass authentication, Turnstile, rate limits, moderation, or review states; scrape the service abusively; probe for vulnerabilities; interfere with other users; or use automated access without authorization.

Third-party products and links

Third-party websites, repositories, products, downloads, payments, licenses, and privacy practices are controlled by their respective providers. EcomAgentTools is not a party to transactions between you and those providers and is not responsible for their availability, security, support, or conduct.

A link, listing, verification record, comparison, or score does not by itself mean that EcomAgentTools endorses, represents, or has a commercial relationship with the provider.

Availability and liability

The service is provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, we do not make warranties about uninterrupted access, error-free content, data preservation, or fitness for a particular purpose. Back up content you need to retain.

To the extent permitted by law, EcomAgentTools is not liable for losses caused by reliance on directory content, use of a third-party product or link, unauthorized account access outside our reasonable control, or interruption of the service.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms as the service changes. The updated date on this page identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means the revised Terms apply to later use of the service.
