Buying view: It combines live engagement surfaces with an AI layer instead of treating support chat as an isolated inbox. Results depend on a maintained catalog and approved answer sources; do not let it invent return, delivery, or promotion terms.
Arena Commerce AI features and workflows
Arena gives publishers and commerce teams three ways to keep an audience active on their own site: live coverage, moderated conversation, and AI-assisted shopping engagement. Its biggest advantage is that the audience interaction, conversion cards, moderation, and first-party engagement data remain on the brand's property instead of being surrendered to a social network.
Arena Commerce AI use cases
Shoppers need immediate product guidance while store teams need conversation context and a clear route into live assistance.
How Arena Commerce AI works
Commerce-oriented AI conversations for shopping questions. Product discovery assistance using connected store information. Live engagement formats alongside chat-based assistance.
The editor opens an Arena event and prepares a post with its author, title, body and any supported media or interactive card. Post preview shows the working post, while event preview shows the event’s published content. The editor can keep a draft, schedule the post or publish it to the event now.
An unposted working draft is not included in the event preview. Scheduling and immediate publication are alternatives; this flow does not imply automatic cross-posting to external social networks.
The operator opens the live chat’s Conversation area to follow the discussion, reply and inspect reported messages. A moderator can remove messages or ban participants when they violate the community guidelines. Room settings separately control whether the chat is open, so moderation actions do not require closing every discussion.
A reported message is an item to inspect, not automatic proof of a violation. Deletion and banning are moderator actions in this route; the diagram does not promise that all community content has already been independently verified.
Within an enabled Arena Commerce AI experience, the shopper asks for product help and receives relevant product information. Product cards include descriptions and purchase URLs, allowing the shopper to open the merchant’s product destination. The conversational recommendation helps discovery, while the destination site handles the next shopping steps.
A product-card click is not a completed purchase inside the chat. Merchant-configured conversion cards are a separate promotional control and should not be confused with an automatically processed order.

Arena subscription budget
Independent EcomAgentTools budget matching based on public subscription prices; not a vendor calculator.
Select the highest eligible plan within this budget. Usage needs are not assessed.
Arena publishes two price schedules. The two selected charges are added only as an independent EcomAgentTools planning total, not an Arena-published bundle or combined checkout. Plan entitlements and allowances do not inherit across schedules. Taxes, unpriced overages and negotiated services are excluded; Enterprise requires a quote. The Community Starter card lists AI Polls, but its comparison table does not mark it as included, so confirm availability with Arena.
