FOR POSITIVE REVIEWS (4-5 stars):
1. Thank them by name
2. Reference something specific they mentioned
3. Subtly reinforce a brand value or product benefit
4. Invite them to try another product or join loyalty program
5. Sign with a real team member's name
FOR NEUTRAL REVIEWS (3 stars):
1. Thank them for the honest feedback
2. Acknowledge their specific concern
3. Explain what we're doing to improve (be specific, not generic)

5. End on a positive note
FOR NEGATIVE REVIEWS (1-2 stars):
